Telemedicine is not a substitute for in-person treatment of emergency medical care rather it is often a time-saving way for a consumer to see and speak to a clinician for minor and non-urgent medical needs instead of going to a primary care physician's office or emergency department. We serve as an intermediary connecting &/or referring patients to the appropriate licensed professional personnel &/or medical platform where they can get all the necessary medical advice and interventions in a safe and confidential environment.
